These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Postsbin website, applications, features, products, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Postsbin ("Postsbin," "we," "us," or "our") is a global content sharing platform where users can publish content, discover and interact with other users, communicate with other users, and promote posts.

By accessing or using Postsbin, you agree to these Terms and any policies or additional terms incorporated into them by reference.

Posts and User Content

Postsbin allows users to create, publish, share, and interact with content ("User Content"). User Content may include images, photos, videos, text, titles, descriptions, profile information, comments, replies, messages, external links, and other materials.

You are responsible for User Content you submit, publish, send, or otherwise make available through the Services.

You may only upload, publish, send, or share User Content if you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to do so.

Nudity, Pornography, and Sexual Content

Pornography and nudity are strictly prohibited by our policies.

Postsbin is intended for content of the general type ordinarily suitable for mainstream social-media platforms.

You may not upload, publish, send, promote, distribute, or otherwise make available:

Postsbin may use automated content-moderation technologies, including third-party technologies such as Amazon Rekognition, as well as human review, to identify potentially prohibited content.

Automated systems can make mistakes. Postsbin may reject, remove, restrict, disable, or review content whenever we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

Graphic Violence and Gore

Graphic gore and other excessively graphic violent content are prohibited.

You may not upload, publish, send, or distribute content that depicts or promotes severe graphic injury, dismemberment, exposed internal organs, graphic death, torture, or other extreme gore except where expressly permitted by our policies for a legitimate contextual purpose.

Postsbin may remove or restrict violent or disturbing content even where the content is not unlawful.

Other Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Postsbin to create, upload, publish, send, distribute, promote, encourage, or facilitate content or conduct involving:

Postsbin may allow users to communicate through direct messaging.

Interactions With Other Users

The Services may include features such as following and unfollowing users, liking posts, commenting, replying to comments, saving posts, searching for posts or users, and other forms of interaction.

You may not manipulate these features through bots, scripts, fake accounts, coordinated artificial activity, or other deceptive means.

Postsbin may remove, exclude, recalculate, or disregard interactions associated with deleted, deactivated, suspended, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible accounts.

Counts displayed on the Services, including follower, following, like, comment, reply, view, click, save, and engagement counts, may change as we detect invalid activity, account status changes, technical errors, or other circumstances.

Rights You Retain in Your Content

You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights you have in your User Content.

Postsbin does not claim ownership of your content merely because you upload it to the Services.

License You Give Postsbin

To operate Postsbin, you grant Postsbin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify for technical purposes, transmit, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the Services.

Your Representations Regarding Content

You may not use external links to direct users to malware, phishing pages, scams, illegal content, prohibited pornography, unlawful goods or services, or other destinations that violate these Terms or our policies.

Postsbin may remove, disable, restrict, or block links where reasonably necessary.

Boosted Posts

Postsbin may allow eligible users, businesses, advertisers, or other account holders to pay to boost or promote posts ("Boosted Posts").

Boosted Posts may receive additional distribution through the Services.

Boosting does not guarantee:

Postsbin may review Boosted Posts before or after they become eligible for distribution.

We may reject, suspend, stop, limit, remove, or decline to distribute a boost where it violates our policies, presents fraud or security concerns, lacks sufficient funding, contains prohibited content, directs users to prohibited destinations, or otherwise fails to satisfy eligibility requirements.

Placement of Boosted Posts

Boosted Posts may appear below, near, adjacent to, between, or otherwise in connection with User Content displayed through Postsbin.

Postsbin determines how Boosted Posts are selected, distributed, ordered, displayed, and matched with other content.

The appearance of a Boosted Post below or near another user's content does not mean that the user:

Likewise, an advertiser or user whose Boosted Post appears near another user's content does not acquire any ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or other rights in that user's content.

Boost Funding and Payments

Payment and advertising-purchase features are available only to users who satisfy applicable legal-capacity, payment-provider, and other eligibility requirements.

Users who do not satisfy applicable legal-capacity, payment-provider, or other eligibility requirements may not add funds, purchase Boosted Posts, or enter into advertising transactions through Postsbin.

Users may be required to add funds, maintain an account budget, or otherwise pay amounts specified by Postsbin in order to boost posts.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges associated with boosts you purchase.

Postsbin may establish:

Applicable prices, rates, and requirements may change prospectively.

Amounts added for boosting are not bank deposits and do not constitute a bank account or stored-value financial account except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

Funds added to your Postsbin account budget are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Sponsored Content and Endorsements

Users are responsible for complying with advertising, sponsorship, endorsement, and consumer-protection laws applicable to content they publish.

If you receive money, products, services, discounts, commissions, or other benefits in connection with content, you may be legally required to clearly disclose that relationship.

Postsbin may require specific labels or disclosures for sponsored or commercial content.

Intellectual Property Rights of Postsbin

Postsbin and its licensors retain all rights in the Services other than User Content.

This includes rights in:

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Postsbin's technology or intellectual property.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, modify, sell, sublicense, or exploit Postsbin's technology except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

You may not upload, publish, send, or distribute content that infringes another person's copyright.

Postsbin maintains procedures for copyright owners or authorized representatives to report allegedly infringing material.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content where appropriate.

We may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Trademarks and Other Rights

You may not use Postsbin to infringe trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights.

We may investigate properly submitted complaints and take appropriate action.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

Postsbin may review, reject, remove, restrict, demote, label, disable, or otherwise take action against content, interactions, boosts, messages, or accounts where we reasonably believe action is appropriate.

Postsbin is not obligated to host, distribute, recommend, monetize, or promote any particular content.

Where applicable law requires notice, explanation, appeal, or other procedural rights regarding moderation decisions, we will provide them as required.

Reporting Content

Users may report content or accounts that they believe violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that Postsbin will remove the reported content.

We do not warrant that User Content, external links, Boosted Posts, advertisers, users, products, services, or third-party destinations are accurate, reliable, safe, suitable, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Postsbin and its owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
