Community Guidelines

Postsbin ("Postsbin," "we," "us," or "our") is a global social platform where users share content and discover, view, and interact with content and other users.

Content may include images, photos, videos, text, external links, and other material supported by Postsbin.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, authentic, and creative community.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users, accounts, profiles, content, comments, replies, direct messages, links, boosted posts, and other activity on Postsbin.

By using Postsbin, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, and other applicable policies.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Postsbin.

Users under 18 may not create, maintain, or use an account.

If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and take other appropriate action.

Age-Restricted Products and Services

Content, advertisements, and Boosted Posts involving products or services that are legally restricted by age must comply with applicable law and Postsbin's policies.

Postsbin may prohibit, restrict, remove, or limit the distribution of content or advertising involving alcohol, tobacco or nicotine products, gambling, adult products or services, controlled substances, weapons, or other age-restricted products or services.

Such content or advertising may not be targeted or intentionally directed to users who are not legally eligible to purchase or use the applicable product or service.

Nudity and Pornography Are Prohibited

Pornographic content and nudity are strictly prohibited on Postsbin.

Postsbin is intended for content similar in nature to material ordinarily permitted on mainstream social-media platforms.

Prohibited content includes explicit sexual activity, exposed genitals, pornographic material, and other content that we determine constitutes nudity or pornography under our policies.

Postsbin may use automated moderation systems, including third-party content moderation technologies, and human review to identify prohibited content.

Automated systems are not perfect. Content may be removed, restricted, or reviewed even if an automated system initially allowed it.

Sexually Suggestive Content

Non-nude modeling, swimwear, fitness, fashion, glamour, lingerie, or similar content may be permitted provided it does not otherwise violate these Guidelines.

We may consider factors including:

pose;
camera angle;
framing;
clothing;
captions;
gestures;
context; and
the overall nature and purpose of the content.

Content that does not contain nudity may still be restricted or removed if its primary purpose is pornographic, sexually exploitative, or otherwise inconsistent with these Guidelines.

Sexual Exploitation and Non-Consensual Content

You may not post, request, threaten to distribute, distribute, or link to:

non-consensual intimate content;
secretly recorded sexual or intimate material;
sexual content shared without the depicted person's permission;
sexual extortion or sextortion;
manipulated or AI-generated intimate content depicting a real person without consent;
sexual exploitation;
trafficking-related sexual content; or
sexual content obtained through coercion.

Postsbin may immediately remove such content and suspend or terminate involved accounts.

Sexual Content Involving Minors

Postsbin has zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation of minors.

You may not upload, share, solicit, promote, link to, request, or otherwise facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, exploitation of minors, or attempts to obtain sexual material from minors.

We may preserve relevant information and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities or organizations where required or permitted by law.

Gore and Graphic Content

Gore and excessively graphic violent content are prohibited on Postsbin.

You may not post content whose primary purpose is to display severe physical injury, mutilation, dismemberment, exposed internal organs, human remains, or other extremely graphic material.

We may consider context when evaluating documentary, educational, historical, journalistic, or public-interest material, but such context does not guarantee that graphic material will be permitted.

We may remove or restrict content when we determine that its graphic nature makes it inappropriate for Postsbin.

Violence and Threats

You may not threaten, encourage, celebrate, or coordinate serious violence against another person or group.

Prohibited content includes:

credible threats of violence;
calls for physical attacks;
encouragement of murder or serious injury;
instructions intended to facilitate violent criminal activity;
glorification or celebration of serious violent attacks; or
content intended to intimidate a person through threats of physical harm.

Bullying and Harassment

Do not use Postsbin to bully, intimidate, humiliate, threaten, or repeatedly harass other people.

Prohibited conduct may include:

repeated unwanted targeting;
credible threats;
encouraging others to harass someone;
degrading attacks directed at a private individual;
threatening to expose private information;
unwanted sexual harassment;
maliciously contacting someone across multiple accounts after being blocked; or
coordinated harassment campaigns.

Hate and Discrimination

You may not attack, dehumanize, threaten, or advocate violence or unlawful discrimination against people based on protected characteristics such as:

race;
ethnicity;
national origin;
religion;
sex;
sexual orientation;
gender identity;
disability; or
other characteristics protected by applicable law.

We may remove slurs, dehumanizing statements, hateful stereotypes, or calls for exclusion or violence directed at protected groups.

Suicide and Self-Harm

You may not encourage, promote, celebrate, or provide instructions for suicide or serious self-harm.

Content discussing recovery, awareness, prevention, personal experiences, or seeking help may be permitted where it does not encourage harmful behavior.

We may remove, restrict, or otherwise act on content where necessary to reduce a serious risk of harm.

Dangerous or Illegal Activity

You may not use Postsbin to organize, facilitate, promote, solicit, or sell illegal goods or services.

This may include:

trafficking;
exploitation;
fraud;
stolen property;
illegal drugs;
unlawful weapons sales;
hacking services;
malware;
identity theft;
financial scams; or
other criminal activity.

Discussion of illegal activity for journalism, education, prevention, commentary, or awareness may be treated differently depending on context.

Terrorism and Violent Extremism

Postsbin prohibits using the platform to recruit for, materially support, coordinate, or facilitate terrorist or violent extremist organizations or activities.

We may remove related recruitment material, fundraising, operational support, or other material that violates these Guidelines or applicable law.

Authenticity and Impersonation

Be authentic about who you are.

You may not:

impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive manner;
create accounts intended to mislead others about identity;
falsely claim affiliation with another person, brand, agency, or company;
use someone else's identity to commit fraud; or
create misleading profiles intended to deceive users.

Spam and Scams

Do not use Postsbin for spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive activity.

Prohibited conduct includes:

repetitive unsolicited messages;
mass commenting;
phishing;
fake giveaways;
advance-fee scams;
investment scams;
fraudulent job offers;
deceptive links;
credential theft;
fake account-verification schemes;
malicious redirects; or
automated behavior designed to disrupt or manipulate Postsbin.

Fake Engagement and Platform Manipulation

You may not artificially create, inflate, manipulate, or misrepresent engagement on Postsbin.

This includes manipulation of:

views;
clicks;
likes;
comments;
replies;
followers;
post engagement; or
boosted-post engagement.

You may not use bots, scripts, automated clicking, click farms, purchased engagement, fake accounts, coordinated manipulation, repeated artificial interactions, or other methods intended to create engagement that does not represent legitimate user activity.

We may invalidate fraudulent, artificial, duplicate, automated, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible activity.

Boosted Posts

Users may pay to boost eligible posts so that those posts may receive additional distribution, including placement below or near content posted by other users.

Boosted posts must comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and any additional boosting or advertising requirements that we establish.

Postsbin may review boosted posts before or during distribution.

We may reject, restrict, pause, or stop a boosted post if:

the content violates our policies;
the associated account is restricted;
the boost is deceptive or misleading;
suspicious, manipulated, or fraudulent activity is detected;
sufficient account-budget funds are unavailable; or
the content presents legal, safety, security, or platform-integrity concerns.

Payment for boosting does not give a user greater freedom to violate Postsbin's rules.

Content

Posts may contain supported content, including images, photos, videos, text, external links, and other material, subject to the limits and requirements established by Postsbin.

Attempting to use content uploads, text, links, or other features to distribute prohibited material or circumvent our moderation systems is prohibited.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Only post content that you own or have the legal right or permission to use.

You may not upload, publish, or share:

content owned by another person without authorization or another applicable legal basis;
copyrighted material without permission or another applicable legal basis;
pirated material;
copyrighted music where you lack necessary rights;
content copied from another user without authorization; or
other material that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Postsbin may remove material in response to valid copyright complaints.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Privacy and Personal Information

Respect other people's privacy.

You may not maliciously post, disclose, or distribute sensitive personal information such as:

home addresses;
passwords;
financial account information;
government identification numbers;
private phone numbers;
login credentials;
private medical information; or
other highly sensitive information where doing so creates a meaningful privacy or safety risk.

Deceptive Content and Manipulation

Do not use edited, synthetic, or AI-generated content to materially deceive users in a way that causes significant harm, facilitates fraud, deceptively impersonates another person, or violates another Postsbin policy.

Postsbin may label, restrict, or remove manipulated content depending on the circumstances.

Comments, Replies and Direct Messages

The standards that apply to public posts also apply, where relevant, to comments, replies, and direct messages.

You may not use these features for:

harassment;
threats;
sexual exploitation;
scams or fraud;
spam;
prohibited hateful conduct;
illegal activity;
copyright infringement; or
other prohibited behavior.

Direct messages are not exempt from our Community Guidelines.

External Links

You are responsible for external links you share through content, profiles, comments, replies, messages, or other areas of Postsbin.

You may not knowingly use links to circumvent these Guidelines or direct users to websites or content primarily intended to facilitate:

pornography;
malware;
phishing;
scams or fraud;
illegal activity;
sexual exploitation;
copyright piracy; or
other serious violations of these Guidelines.

Reporting Violations

If you see content or an account that appears to violate these Guidelines, please use Postsbin's available reporting tools or Contact Us mechanisms.

Reports may be reviewed using automated systems, human review, or both.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content or an account will be removed.

We may decline to take action when content does not violate our policies or where available information is insufficient.

False and Abusive Reports

Do not intentionally misuse Postsbin's reporting systems.

You may not repeatedly submit knowingly false reports for purposes such as:

harassing another user;
suppressing legitimate competitors;
retaliating against another user; or
attempting to have lawful or policy-compliant content improperly removed.

Abuse of reporting systems may result in restrictions or account enforcement.

How We Enforce These Guidelines

Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and context of a violation, Postsbin may:

reject content before publication;
remove content;
restrict content;
reduce content distribution;
invalidate engagement;
invalidate fraudulent or manipulated boosted-post activity;
disable comments, replies, messaging, or other features;
restrict or disable boosting;
issue warnings;
temporarily suspend an account;
permanently terminate an account; or
take other appropriate action.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

Repeat Violations and Enforcement Evasion

Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger enforcement, including permanent account termination.

Users may not evade enforcement by:

creating replacement accounts;
using someone else's account;
changing usernames;
creating alternate profiles; or
otherwise attempting to bypass restrictions, suspensions, or termination.

Accounts created primarily to evade enforcement may also be restricted or terminated.

Appeals

Users may request review of certain moderation or enforcement decisions where an appeal mechanism is made available.

An appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.

Where applicable law provides additional rights to challenge moderation decisions, Postsbin will provide those rights as required.

Law Enforcement and Safety

Postsbin may preserve or disclose information and cooperate with appropriate authorities where required by law or where otherwise permitted by applicable law to address serious threats, exploitation, fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Guidelines

Postsbin may update these Community Guidelines as our Services, technologies, features, community, and legal obligations evolve.

When we update them, we will revise the Last Updated date.

Material changes may be communicated through Postsbin where appropriate or where required by applicable law.
